ModSecurity Proxy-Wasm filter with embedded OWASP CRS
modsecurity-proxy-wasm is a Proxy-Wasm HTTP
filter that runs ModSecurity inside Envoy (envoy.wasm.runtime.v8) with
OWASP CRS embedded in the binary.
